- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (Auto CAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and specifications.
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Assist in project documentation, including specifications and schedules.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and verify existing conditions.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in drafting and design.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
