What you will do:
Are you passionate about shaping and delivering technology solutions that can make a difference in people's lives?! We are looking for an innovative Business Technology Partner to join our Latin America South of Consumer health team, as part of the Business Technology team.
In this role you will act as strategic partner for business teams and internal IT areas, capturing needs and proposing technology products to deliver customer value according to the defined roadmap and strategy. You will also be the guardian of live products and technology services, making sure they are adopted and driving expected value for the business.
In this role, you will work with other Technology groups that deliver and support several capabilities within Marketing Digital Technologies to drive successful implementation, business value realization.

- Serve as the primary digital technical contact and consultant to the brand marketing and digital teams within the Latam South cluster.
- Lead the technical discovery process for potential digital projects and accurately scope the needs, definition of business requirements and translate these into functional and technical specifications. Understands deeply business processes to be able to translate desired business outcomes to technology requirements with detailed, realistic plans and full management of senior stakeholder communications.
- Builds business case for new/improvement initiatives (e.g., impact, feasibility, and investment required).
- Accountable for the product adoption and tracking of usability and improvements needed to drive business value.
- Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning and improvement
- Managing Digital Content activities and vendors.
- For specific local & scalable demands, acts as scrum master and PMO, ensuring full scope assessment, investment planning and time/scope/resources control

- Intermediate or Advanced English in both written and verbal levels.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Impeccable business partnering, influencing and collaboration skills working with delivery teams, business partners, agencies and partners, with ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes, is required.
- Strong analytical skills; responsiveness and flexibility with evolving responsibilities and changing environment are required.
Preferred Skills:
- A demonstrated ability for 4+ years as a Business Analyst or other IT function such as Business Partner is required, with demonstrable experience of running digital projects.
- Product Management / Agile certification is strongly preferred.
- Domain expertise in Digital Channels and Marketing Technology (Web -CMS, Mobile, Analytics, SEO-, Social, CRM, Product Information Management, Digital Asset management, e Commerce) is desirable
- Knowledge of media buying and execution processes, tagging, tracking and associated ad tech across multiple channels is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (strongly preferred) or equivalent required.
- Intermediate or Advanced English in both written and verbal levels.
