- Facilitate and champion the agile methodology by coaching development teams and promoting the use of standards and best practices.
- Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-management, promoting healthy interactions both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Facilitate the identification and removal of impediments to the team’s progress and focus on eliminating waste and delays.
- As a servant leader, promote adoption of an agile mindset through teaching, and coaching.
- Ensure the team is utilizing Scrum/SAFe ceremonies effectively to maximize value delivery and facilitates Scrum ceremonies.
- Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior Scrum Masters to start developing agile and servant leadership skills, contributing to build high performing teams. Additionally, they will have the perspective of working in a company with presence in different countries and regions, with different cultures and priorities.
- Medium and Advanced students of computer engineering and business-related careers.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
