Customer Success & Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a proactive, empathetic individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Customer Success & Marketing Specialist. This role is balanced equally between ensuring customer satisfaction and driving marketing initiatives, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Customer Success (50%):
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and guide them in using specific features effectively.
- Manage and update internal databases with customer feedback and experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to share feature requests and effective solutions.
- Take ownership of customer issues, serving as the single point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving inquiries.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews across various platforms, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
Marketing (50%):
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Manage listings across online travel agencies (OTAs), ensuring they are optimized for maximum exposure.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and listings on OTA platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to refine marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative marketing strategies.
Requirements and Skills
- ENGLISH is a must!
- Internet connection for remote working.
- Familiarity with our industry and OTA platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to support and marketing initiatives.
- Basic understanding of how CRM systems and OTA platforms work.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis in a marketing context.
- Patience and persistence when handling challenging customer cases.
