The IS Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Support Retail Pro POS (or replacement solution), focusing on both infrastructure and application aspects.
- Ensure seamless receipt of customer orders through EDI by monitoring and optimizing processes.
- Manage legacy applications and databases, ensuring their stability and reliability.
- Integrate databases across different legacy applications to ensure data consistency and accessibility.
- Enhance SAP functionality and collaborate with the Global SAP team on regulatory compliance, improvements, and adjustments.
- Provide incident support for legacy applications, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Develop hands-on solutions to ensure the proper functioning of interfaces.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage incidents and implement solutions effectively.
- Break down projects into actionable steps and set clear timeframes for completion.
- Liaise with clients to identify requirements, define scope, and establish objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with managing schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze risks and opportunities, making recommendations to mitigate challenges.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve blockers and keep projects on track.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and reports.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure that standards and requirements are consistently met.
- Leverage proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role to drive project success.
- Apply project management knowledge from project conception to delivery for effective outcomes.
- Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans to guide project activities.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control to maintain high standards across projects.
