We are currently looking for a Junior Program Coordinator to work for our biggest clients.
What you´ll do
You´ll be in charge of manage complex logistics across global teams. You will demonstrate the ability to anticipate problems and take initiative to prevent issues.

What you´ll do

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, managing communications and logistics.
- Coordinate all aspects of the training environment, calendars, credentials, classrooms, and social activities.
- Create, maintain and update training materials, and external communications.
- Manage relationships with vendors for social events, procurement and logistics.
- Compile and analyze program data and create custom reports.
- Provide real time assistance during training sessions.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with ability to prevent problems.
