We are a very technologically forward-thinking and growth-minded firm, which extends to our clients and staff. Our clients rely on us to help them stabilize, analyze, and grow their businesses. Because we do a great job of this, we’re growing and are looking to bring on a highly skilled and motivated Sales Assistant/Client Relationship Assistant to join our remote team!
Who you are
A top-tier sales specialist with a passion for inbound sales and expertise in sales in the accounting and tax industry. You're an excellent communicator, eager to convert inbound leads into lasting client relationships will play an extremely vital role within our organization. This person will be the first responder to all incoming client discovery calls, assist with onboarding new clients, and reconnect with clients for professional service quality assurance.
We are looking for someone in a similar role but looking for a home-based/remote opportunity and comfortable working Eastern standard business hours, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
Our ideal candidate would be:
  • A great communicator, both written and verbal
  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive by nature
  • Able to predict and resolve potential issues before they arise
  • Comfortable calling clients to garner respect and prompt responses
  • Skilled at gently commanding calls and encouraging decision-making
  • Pleasant and have a likable personality
  • Tech-savvy; experience with Monday.com is a plus
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Managerial Science, or Finance
  • 3+ years of inbound sales experience, preferably in a CPA or financial advisory firm
  • Proficiency in US tax forms and principles, or an understanding thereof
  • Strong sales acumen and client management skills
What the role entails
To succeed in this role, you must be someone who enjoys doing all of the essential tasks:
  • Convert inbound leads into clients, focusing on US tax services
  • Conduct discovery and sales calls via Zoom with professionalism
  • Manage client onboarding and relationship-building
  • Understand and apply knowledge of US taxation in client interactions
