We are currently looking for a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions that enhance our Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
- Oversee the design and development of Salesforce applications ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
- Provide expertise in Salesforce Dev Ops processes including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Manage SFDC data ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the platform.
- Lead the development and customization of SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Dev Ops including CI/CD processes.
- Have extensive experience with SFDC Data management and integrity.
- Show proficiency in developing and customizing SFDC Lightning components.
- Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Integration with other systems.
- Be adept at SFDC Configuration to meet complex business requirements.
- Have a solid understanding of the Utilities domain and its specific needs.
- Advanced/ Upper Intermediate English
