About the Team
The SAP Customer Reference Program engages SAP’s best, most successful customers to share their success stories in a variety of ways. The Latin America Customer Reference team is responsible for engaging LAC customers in the reference program and leveraging those customers to support sales opportunities and strategic engagements in the LAC market. As an intern for the Latin America Customer Reference team, you would provide communications, reference event, and customer data management support for the Reference Managers in Mexico, LAC North and LAC South. This is an exciting role that gives you broad exposure to Sales, Customers and many stakeholders throughout the LAC market.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will:
Provide support to the Reference Managers who are aligned to Mexico, LA South and LA North, support includes:
- Manage data updates and data quality in the Customer Reference Platform (CRP), an internal reference database where SAP global reference information is stored
- Support customer reference virtual events, called Customer Conversations calls, as well as provide virtual support for other Latin America events where customer references play a key role. This work includes coordinating and communicating with SAP customers to schedule for reference meetings, creating communications to promote the scheduled meetings, and supporting prospect registration for reference meetings.
- Create internal communications for the customer reference team, to ensure timely customer reference information is being shared with our internal Latin America stakeholders
- Review customer reference recruitment pipeline and communicate with the Reference Managers and SAP account teams in an effort to engage more customers in the reference program
- Provide backup field support during times when Reference Managers are out of office
- Manage other administrative tasks as needed
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Must be a university student of Bachelor or Associate’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English / Fluent in Spanish
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Knowledge on Office Package (Power Point, Excel)
- Ability to work independently
- Foundational understanding of marketing
