We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented program analyst to join our team and play a critical role in the success of the Industry Value Network (IVN) program.
What you´ll do?
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the IVN pipeline from coordinating with partners to ensuring successful deployment and ongoing development.

Work model: Hybrid mode (3 days at home, 2 at the office)
Shift: 11 am – 20 pm, Full Time.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented program analyst to join our team and play a critical role in the success of the Industry Value Network (IVN) program.
What you´ll do?
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the IVN pipeline from coordinating with partners to ensuring successful deployment and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the IVN Pipeline Master Spreadsheet updating it with project statuses next steps and outcomes from calls and emails.
- Coordinate schedules and facilitate calls between internal teams and external partners.
- Partner with project managers alliance managers and executives to track project progress identify roadblocks develop mitigation plans and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct market research and prepare meeting briefs.
- Develop and present weekly State of the Business updates for managers.
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft contracts.
- Strong on Google docs sheets slides
- Strong self-organization skills to navigate a fast-evolving environment.
- Overall 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and manage project risks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Experience managing and maintaining complex spreadsheets is a plus.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment is a plus.
- Advanced English
