Responsibilities:

Full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing top technical talents, while hiring for various levels across the company - with a special focus on Tech/Engineering roles on a global scale
Leverage creative sourcing strategies to build ongoing pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates on a global scale
Track and report on talent acquisition metrics to articulate progress against hiring demand
Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers to inform recruiting decisions and drive ongoing improvements
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and implement initiatives to ensure all touch points in the recruitment process positively contribute towards this for all candidates
Use ATS to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process - We use Zoho suite so previous experience would be a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment.

Requirements

You have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in the Saa S industry.
Prior experience with hiring backend engineers, ideally JS, Ruby on Rails, .Net engineers
Prior experience hiring in Argentina and the EU remote
A basic understanding of software development terminology
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work autonomously while seen as a great team player
The desire to develop in a competitive environment based on an “all you can learn” culture and support
