Description and Requirements
Assists in resolving routine identified problems using structured tools and techniques.
- Assists with basic applications.
Required experience:
- 1-3 years in IT engineering support roles.
- Background in information technology, engineering or equivalent.
- Strong customer orientation, communication and team work.
- Ability to classify issues and escalate appropriately depending on complexity.
