We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Back End Developer with expertise in the Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#, .NET, SQL, and IIS, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality back-end solutions that power our applications and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain back end components using C# and .NET framework.
Implement and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Configure and maintain IIS servers to support web applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to back end systems and applications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in back end development using the Microsoft stack.
Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and SQL.
Experience with IIS configuration and management.
Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.
Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
Experience in agile development environments.
