We are seeking two Mid-Level QA Engineers to join our team, dedicated to testing Mobile Device Management (MDM) functionality within our Microsoft-stack platform. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in QA methodologies, experience with Microsoft technologies, and a passion for ensuring product quality through meticulous use case testing.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for MDM functionality on our Microsoft-stack platform.
Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Work with automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
Provide feedback on usability and functionality and suggest improvements or enhancements.
Contribute to improving QA processes and practices within the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience testing applications on Microsoft-stack technologies (e.g., Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory).
Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and concepts.
Proficiency in creating and executing SQL queries for backend validation.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Microsoft Test Manager).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with testing enterprise-level applications or systems.
Certifications related to software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
Knowledge of Power Shell scripting for automation tasks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Previous experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
