Your opportunity
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner at this level will work autonomously, understand the health system and organisation, and provide specific care.
You will provide a range of clinical primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities including delivering specific health care programs, assessing, and treating clients, maintaining health care systems and providing advice and support in order to contribute to better health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Travel within the SWHHS catchment could be required in this role.
