How you will make contributions that matter

Join our passionate, friendly and successful team in Finley as an administration officer. Your new role will see you join a team of 14 on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia growing our client base across agricultural chemicals, seeds and fertiliser.

Note – This is a Part-time role – Working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am to 3pm.

Your new role will include:

Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers including product recommendations for all agriculture products
General administrative tasks using our in-house systems as well as Microsoft Office
Answering phone calls
Responding to emails
Assisting with instore duties on the odd occasion
Be a team player who works with initiative, commitment & a positive attitude
Effective multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills
Understanding of the rural/farm industry preferred but not essential

About you:

Strong attention to detail is a must
Previous administration experience
Willing to learn about our new and existing products
Must be a team player and approachable
Excellent presentation and communication skills
The ability to build rapport easily with a wide range of people
