About the Role

• Provide effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, take minutes and prepare draft letters for consideration and signature.
• Manage correspondence through shared mailbox
• Attend and perform secretariat duties in meetings and disseminate minutes and other information within the area when required
