Adventure Team
Administrative Assistant with NDIS & Shiftcare Experience

Core Responsibilities of the role:
- pick up mail and distribute or action as required
- save and process Service Providers weekly activity reports
- creating and sending out invoices
- undertake banking, allocate payments and ensuring Xero balances,
- follow up on outstanding fees/debtors
- complete any necessary credit card payments
- action incoming accounts emails and deal with invoice inquiries
- carry out all aspects of payroll through visual reporting, updating SCHAD and Xero and ensure the timeliness, completion and accuracy of all payroll.
- Adventure Team NDIS Referrals Process
- check Referrals with Proda – Plan Date Confirmation
- liaison between Support Coordinator’s, NDIS Participants and Service Providers for Job referrals for home maintenance and forward Adventure Team's Service Agreements to Plan Managers with quotes
- enter Participants jobs into Adventure Team Data Base for home maintenance
- complete all reports and documentation required under Adventure Team policy and procedure to ensure effective administration and service delivery
- advise Adventure Team Operations Manager to cease support to participants for continued unpaid invoices
- we are looking to employ an enthusiastic and service minded individual who can demonstrate a sound work ethic and attention to detail
- you will have excellent verbal and written communication proficiency, strong interpersonal skills and a continuous improvement approach
- excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
- it is essential you are computer literate and have well developed organisational and administrative competencies
- understanding of the NDIS support model is desirable
- Advanced experience in Xero
- Previous payroll experience
- Previous experience working with Visual data software
- willingness to work both autonomously and within a team
- high level administration experience, as well as participant management information systems, to ensure complete and up to date data
- sound ability to manage and prioritise workload in a constantly changing high volume environment
- Must hold an NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to obtain)
- Must have full-time working rights to work in Australia

Pay: $25.41 – $27.17 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
