Love Heineken®, Heineken® Silver, OR Heineken® 0.0? We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the Heineken® team in Australia.

You will be joining a talented team on the Heineken® Brand within a broader Lion Marketing Team. You’ll transform innovative ideas into impactful campaigns, driving brand growth and exceeding consumer expectations to achieve ambitious business goals.

A day in the life…

Support the Country Manager in managing brand performance to achieve consumer and commercial objectives, including AOP budgets.
Develop and execute brand strategies and plans that influence long-term consumer behaviour and drive commercial success.
Lead core brand innovation projects and oversee launch plans to bring new ideas to market effectively.
Analyse brand performance using data insights and recommend adjustments to meet both short- and long-term goals.
Collaborate across teams and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and deliver impactful results.

What you will need from day one…

Translate brand strategies into impactful marketplace execution to create long-term consumer demand.
Use consumer and commercial data to develop clear, actionable recommendations for brand growth.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts with long-term strategic goals.
Expertise in brand strategy, planning, and development, including Brand DNA.
Ability to generate actionable insights from consumer and commercial data.
Understanding the role of communications, innovation, availability, and pricing in driving demand.
Experience in innovation development and commercialization.

Your experience will include 5+ years in:

Proven marketing roles with demonstrated success.
Participating in a full cycle of brand strategy development and planning.
Managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
