Your primary functions will include:
- Preparation and cooking of all menu items.
- Maintaining systems to ensure food preparation, storage and method of service, complies with relevant Authority's regulations.
- Maintaining systems to ensure cleanliness of the venue is of high standard and complies with Workplace Health and Safety Regulations.
- Have a passion for great food and be able to work under pressure
- Commercial Cookery Qualification/s:
- Have a minimum of 2 years chef experience
- Proven previous experience in a similar role
- Have a friendly and efficient manner with a professional and confident approach to customers and staff
- Be pro-active and self-motivated
- A keen eye for detail
- Be committed and reliable
- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
