About the opportunity

We are seeking experienced Cleaners to join our team, located at Werribee Mercy (Public) Hospital

Permanent Part time positions available Monday to Sunday.
Day shifts, afternoon shifts, and weekend shifts available
Busy, fast paced environment
Perform all tasks required in the effective provision of cleaning services throughout the hospital, in accordance with the Victorian Cleaning Standards
Carry out duties as determined by supervisory staff

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Recent experience as a cleaner and knowledge of how to use floor scrubbers (Essential)
Previous experience in hospital and/or hospitality environmental services (Desirable)
Good time management and organisational skills
You are able to prioritise your workload
You have excellent attention to detail, use initiative and are flexible
Physical capability to undertake the role
You work in a team environment and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
