Cleaning Supervisors | FIFO

About the Opportunity -

We have fantastic opportunities for experienced Supervisors across our WA based Villages. Working closely with our Mine Site Cleaning or Housekeeping teams, you will be responsible for leading the onsite team, using your cleaning experience to provide hands-on support where necessary.

Full time permanent positions, Flying in and out of Perth

8:6 or 2:1 roster, depending on department and village requirements

Salary ranging between $89,000 – $96,000 (depending on roster) + superannuation paid on all hours

About you

As an experienced Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and scheduling workloads of a large team with a focus on meeting all audit and service requirements. You will also have:

Extensive background in Housekeeping, Mine Site Cleaning, or Industrial Cleaning
Previous experience working at a supervisory level
Experience in high volume and fast paced work environments
Good computer and administrative skills, with some experience in Forecasting, Rostering, time and attendance experience
Understanding of audits, inspections and safety investigations to industry standards
The ability to train / assist in staff training
Flexible to work day or night shift if required for your role
Unrestricted WA Manual C-Class Drivers License is essential to apply
