The Roles
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
 Formulate, implement, and assess customer service policies and procedures to
improve service quality.
 Serve as the main liaison for business-to-business communications, ensuring
smooth interactions and cultivating strong business partnerships.
 Supervise, and manage the customer service team, including Customer Service
Officers, to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service.
 Develop and implement action plans based on customer feedback to enhance
service delivery.
 Oversee all facets of customer service operations to maintain exceptional service
standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Plan and execute training programs for customer service staff to enhance their
skills and expertise.
 Evaluate and monitor the performance of customer service staff, providing
feedback and coaching to boost their effectiveness.
 Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify
and respond to customer expectations
The position Requires
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or
work environment.
 Have a right to work in Australia
 Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a customer service supervisory or
management role
 Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
 Be able to work under pressure
 Be a team player with excellent communication skills
 Highly organized and efficient
 Strong interpersonal skills
