As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be the face of PTV, providing excellent customer service to anyone who uses public transport in Victoria. With a variety of inquiries ranging from updating personal information to journey planning and more, you'll have the opportunity to upskill and handle complex call types. Not only will you have the chance to interact with diverse customers, but you'll also take on back-of-house tasks, broadening your skill set. Join our team to become an essential part of Victoria's public transport system!
Key Details

Hybrid working model (home and office) after training, nesting period and KPI achievement.
Commencing September
Part Time position is available.
Enjoy rotating rosters, Monday to Sunday.
Ideal for those seeking diverse work schedules.
Full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Build strong client relationships through effective phone communication and timely responses.
Follow strict compliance regulations to maintain standards.
