Required qualifications & desired skills

• Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA (Role 1)
• Hold a relevant Cert III Children's Services or equivalent qualification
• Current Blue Card - Mandatory (Role 2)
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Senior First Aid , CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate 9 or willing to obtain
• Success in establishing and maintaining positive parent and staff relationships
• Child protection training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm
