What’s on offer?
We wish to complement our existing team with an Estimator within our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services Business delivering road infrastructure projects across South Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. In this role you'll be responsible for:

Learn/develop/train skills in direct cost first principles estimating
-
Develop relationships with key market suppliers/subcontractors
-
Participate in the identification of tender Risks & Opportunities
-
Vendor analysis and benchmarking of offers received from suppliers and subcontractors. Measure, calculate and record material take off (MTO) quantities
How you'll connect to the role:
-
Ideally experience as an Estimating Assistant, QS or Construction Site Engineer or a recent graduate.

An understanding and of mathematics/engineering
-
Exposure to or experience in pricing /delivering Civil, Asphalt and/ or Seal projects
-
Good communication and presentation skills
-
Experience in using Benchmark or Expert Estimator will be highly regarded
