- Full time on site role at legendary site!
The Position
- Work closely with the Senior Event manager to ensure all events are streamlined.
- Record and prepare meeting minutes & agendas.
- Maintain administrative records and complete data entry.
- Prepare and distribute event orders and kitchen worksheets.
- Design menus and digital screens.
- Assist with distributing event documents to staff (e.g. via email or Priava).
- Order office stationery and equipment.
- Filing of paperwork.
- Ensure event calendars are up to date.
- Other administrative duties as required.
The Person
- Excellent organisational skills and time management.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player and able to work autonomously.
- Flexible approach and attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Multitasker.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in event management or related discipline.
- Proven success in event planning or coordination.
- Proficient with Priava and Canva.
- Current National Police check, or ability obtain one.
