The Workshops Rail Museum is positioned to leverage the region's exceptional growth and evolution, continuing to own its role as a place for community, gathering, learning, and celebration.We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative and solutions-focused Experience and Commercial Manager to support the reimagining of our award winning Tourism Destination. You will have strong event management skills, with an ability to work across multiple priorities in a small but dedicated team.In this hands-on role you will work closely with the Head of QM Rail Workshops to deliver on QMN's strategic priorities, and provide leadership by managing the Experience and Commercial portfolio across all areas of the operation, including visitor experience, hospitality and events, partnerships, and retail. You will build excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, while working in partnership with other departments to deliver inspired experiences and budgeted revenues.The role description will outline any qualifications, licences and specific requirements of the role.
