Fleet Officer - Radio and Communication

Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Manage the delivery of high quality planning and installation services relevant to radio and data communications for MRQ facilities, vessels and vehicles.- Provide expert planning and advice to clients, management and key stakeholders, to ensure the timely implementation of technology refresh and technology uplift activities.- Prepare timely and well researched correspondence, briefings, reports and submissions to meet reporting requirements and to support decision making by clients and management.- Undertake stakeholder engagement to build and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.- Contribute to the development and review of MRQ operational policy and systems, identify and implement problem solving.- Provide supportive and responsive mentoring and leadership to team members.
Mandatory
- Possession of Open 'C' Class Queensland Drivers Licence as this position requires extensive travel in Queensland.
- Experience in a similar role and industry is desirable.
- Ability to travel intra-state in alignment with service requirements.
