We are currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) Persons to join us at the beautiful Beauty Point Waterfront Hotel.
We are also seeking 2,15-16 aged students who are keen to get started in hospitality and willing to learn and work across both kitchen and front of house.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests.
Position: Front of House (FOH) Person Location: Beauty Point Waterfront Hotel
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role prefered
  • RSA
  • RCG of Gaming and keno experience preferred or willing to obtain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Responsibilities:
  • Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service
  • Taking orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and with a smile
  • Handling payments and processing transactions
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front of house area
  • Assisting with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $23.39 – $39.64 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

  • Afternoon shift

  • Public holidays
  • Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
  • Overtime pay
  • Penalty rates
