The role
We are looking for full-time, Front Office Attendants to join our talented and committed hotel team. In this position, you will provide outstanding, personalised customer service, emphasising rapport and connection with our hotel guests. The Front Office Attendant is responsible for delivering quality guest experiences by providing check-in, check-out, and concierge-related services for our visitors at Crown Sydney in accordance with established service standards.
About you

Previous experience in a front office, reception, or guest relations role
Experience in upscale hotel establishments – desirable.
Knowledge of OPERA – highly desirable
Must be able to work across a 24/7 roster.
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong organisational and communication skills
Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
Established knowledge of Sydney and its attractions
