Guest Experience Representative - Chadstone Christmas Casuals

Role purpose
At Chadstone - The Fashion Capital, we are very quickly approaching THE busiest time of year with Black Friday and the festive season just around the corner.

Like every year, we take on a number of customer service team members to help us over this Summer period. If you, a relative, or friend, are looking for some extra work and saving/spending money, we have some great casual opportunities available.

The important details/dates:
  • Minimum 20 hours per week (generally 25-38 hour weeks)
  • Positions starting late October/early November and ending January 25
  • Potential for longer term positions within the team
  • Training provided
  • Individual Interviews scheduled for weeks commencing 16th Sept & 23rd Sept at Chadstone's Centre Management Office

Chadstone Careers Fair will be held on Wednesday September 11th, 2-5pm at Chadstone Tower One, Ground Lobby, where you can come talk to our team about these exciting roles face to face.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, the Guest Experience Representative provides in centre communication, coordination and information services for our customers to ensure their experience is better, easier and more enjoyable, leaving a lasting and positive impression of Chadstone.

This will include providing a fond welcome and farewell, smoothly and efficiently answering customer queries relating to centre services and facilities, making recommendations, facilitating gift card sales, providing general tourist information and arranging shuttle bus booking, and other guest related assistance.
What will you bring?
You will have demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer facing role. You will have a professional and customer focused approach, be confident in handling a variety of guest enquiries including cash transactions and customer feedback.
You are known for your ability to effectively multitask and prioritise activities and have a sound background working independently with minimal supervision. You’ll be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and a genuine desire to bring the Vicinity brand to life.
