We are seeking an ICT Support Technician to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing technical after-sales and field support services to Thorough Tec’s clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and provide technical after-sales support services to Thorough Tec clients in Australia

• Travelling to customer sites in order to perform on site assembly, installation and commissioning of Thorough Tec simulation training products sold and delivered to clients.

• Travelling to customer sites in order to train client personnel on the use of simulation training products and first line maintenance.

• On-site / remote technical fault diagnosis and resolution of any faults – software and hardware.

• Travelling to customer sites in order to perform preventative and corrective maintenance of simulation training products.

• Travelling to customer sites in order to perform warranty repairs as and when required.

Qualifications: Diploma level qualification (or equivalent) in a highly relevant technical field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years technical support, installation and commissioning experience working with training simulation products.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
