What you’ll be doing:
The role of Marketing Advisor, sits within the Redemption Squad and reports to the Senior Marketing Leader, Member Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns to drive the squad to meet their business objectives while ensuring a customer-centric approach that is tailored and segmented for the Redemption (consumer) audience. . This role is pivotal in producing and executing product partnerships campaigns across all marketing channels. You will be responsible for using VFF marketing tools to execute email campaigns, update VFF partner channels, project manage creative through our internal studio and work closely with our Social Media team to produce engaging content. Every campaign will delight our customers and you’ll always be hands-on, experimenting and looking at results to optimise your work.
You’ll be great in this role if you have:

• Experience in marketing campaign execution , techniques and processes in digital & direct channels
• Experience in digital, data-driven and CRM techniques (particularly email channel)
• Experience in A/B and multi-variate testing (desirable)
• Experience supporting paid media strategy and delivery
• Experience in social media planning, content development and execution
• Ability to prioritise tasks based on commercial needs
• Proven time and work queue management skills
• Experience in or knowledge of marketing within ecommerce or product development Have a natural flair for communicating and presenting
• A degree or post-graduate qualification in marketing, business, technology or related areas (desirable)
