About this role
Our clinic in beautiful, sunny Bondi Junction is currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, this role is a full time position working Monday - Friday, with 8.5 hour shifts rostered between 7:30am-6pm. Working longer hours means you get one rostered day off per fortnight!

Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering phone calls and emails promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Collaborating with technical staff, referrers and radiologists.

• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
