Hader Institute of Education is looking for trainers to deliver and assess the following qualifications:
Certificate IV & Diploma Mental Health
Certificate IV & Diploma Alcohol & Other Drugs
Certificate IV & Diploma Youth Work
Certificate IV & Diploma Community Services
We have a several opportunities available - Full Time, Part Time & contract roles available.

Candidates must have the following:

• Must have vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed i.e., CHC53315 Diploma of Mental Health &
• Hold TAE40116-Certificate in Training and Assessment
• Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs your training and assessment
• Knowledge and skill in e Learning and the delivery of training remotely through a virtual platform such as Zoom and the ability to use break out rooms.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
• Advanced ability to multitask and prioritise multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent written communication skills including accurate spelling and grammar
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a remote team
