Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Migration Assistance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian immigration processes and a passion for helping clients achieve their migration goals. You will be responsible for assisting Registered Migration Agents in preparing and offering administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
• Liaise with clients to collect necessary information and documentation for visa lodgments.
• Prepare visa application forms and gather supporting evidence in compliance with Australian immigration regulations.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on the progress of their applications.
• Assist with case management and maintaining client records in the company’s system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in migration assistance or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience working in a legal or immigration consultancy environment is an advantage.
