Rogue Raw, a leading premium raw pet food brand using only human-grade products, is seeking a versatile team member to join our friendly team in our meat processing department.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist our food preparation team with prepping, cutting, and mincing a variety of meats, vegetables, and organs.
- Stock Management: Re-stock retail freezers, chiller and manage inventory.
- Production Work: Operate mincing machines and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Pick Packing: Prepare and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manual Handling: Lift up to 15kg and perform manual handling tasks.
- Cleaning & Sterilization: Perform shift clean-ups, sterilize equipment, and maintain and clean the chiller.
- Reliability: Must be reliable and able to work unsupervised.
- Physical Fitness:Fit and able to lift 10-15kg boxes and climb ladders.
- Experience: Previous experience with food handling is highly preferred.
- Transportation: Must have own transport and a driver's license.
- Work Hours:Shifts are weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Flexible hours can be arranged for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.12 – $34.77 per hour
