Receptionist - Halls Head Dental

Job Description
Halls Head Dental is currently in search of a dedicated Receptionist to warmly welcome and assist our patients on a Casual basis.
The role
As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and visitors.
Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

The successful applicant:

An empathetic & caring individual who loves to brighten up people's days.
Outstanding customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Polite phone manner and a friendly face-to-face demeanour.
Proven experience in a medical reception role with administration elements.
An ability to multitask when things get busy and maintain attention to detail.
Team player who is self-motivated and can work unsupervised.
