Aegis Murdoch is the latest Residence in the Aegis Group providing exceptional care including Permanent, Transitional as well as Respite Care in a state-of-the-art, safe and comfortable environment. Developed with an innovative multi-storey design, Aegis Murdoch incorporates seven floors of accommodation. Each of these floors offers 26 single rooms with their own private ensuite and access to their balcony, allowing Residents to take advantage of the expansive views.

You should be an empathetic person who possesses the following qualities:
- A commitment and genuine passion for Aged Care.
- An ability to inspire trust and proactively lead, coach, develop and mentor both unregulated care workers, care, and lifestyle staff.
- Undertaking clinical, social and self-care assessments.
- Anticipate Residents changing health needs and initiate further assessments or referrals.
- Support Residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
- Ensuring all care documentations are completed with the appropriate strategies implemented.
- Identifying and managing clinical risk in the aged care setting.
- Supporting, coaching, monitoring, and mentoring the unregulated care workers.
- Providing support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and clinical expertise to the care team.
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Clinical experience and ability to manage risk in aged care.
- A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
- Full Australian working rights and be able to pass a national police clearance.
