We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused hospitality Manager to build and lead our restaurant team. Role
As a Manager, you will be required to perform and direct all areas of restaurant management. Exceptional guest service is a major component of this position. You will be passionate and be our biggest brand ambassador.
We are currently looking for a Manager for our new ASHMORE restaurant located on Southport-Nerang Road
Responsibilities

• Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program
• Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules.
• Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective guests to promote sales
• Maintain business records

Pay: $54,059.97 – $82,822.55 per year
