THE OPPORTUNITY
As a fast-growing company we at INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Rostering Administrator to work from home in Australia on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible hours, working on a 7-day rotating roster (day or night shifts, including weekends and occasional public holidays as needed).
ABOUT YOU
To join our friendly and passionate team at INTENSIVE CARE AT HOME, you must have experience in rostering (preferably in the health care industry), the ability to work well under pressure, use your own initiative, be proactive and a good listener, be flexible with the ability to adapt to change and be a positive team player. As a Rostering Administrator, you will be expected to provide excellent service at all times.
As the first point of contact for our clients and employees, the ideal candidate must be a dedicated team player, confident, well-spoken, and have a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
We are looking for someone who is able to perform the following duties:

• Developing and managing rosters
• Communicating rosters and roster changes to relevant staff & clients
• Generating daily weekly and monthly rosters using rostering software
• Responding to roster enquiries from relevant staff and clients
• Additional administrative duties

Minimum Requirements:

• National Police Clearance
• The right to work in Australia.
• Rostering experience is a must
• The ability to work flexible hours
• Must have a stable internet connection
• Must be able to work remotely within Australia
• Experience in the Health Care industry an advantage
