Up to four full-time Sales Assistants are needed for Ashmar Nominees Pty Ltd, located at Kununurra, Western Australia. Ashmar Nominees own several stores in Kununurra, including Kununurra Home and Garden, CCR Supply, Tackleworld and Workwear Kununurra.
Salary $68,000 to $75,000 per year.
Position Description
As part of our dedicated team you will report to the retail supervisor and business owner to provide sales support to our customers across a range of retail product categories.
You will be responsible for the below duties:

• assisting customers by providing product advice (sizes, price, delivery, returns policy, product use).
• Demonstrating, stacking and displaying sales items
• preparing sales invoices in relevant POS system
• accepting payment for goods by a variety of payment methods
• assisting with stock management by updating product inventories and participating in stocktake activities.
• wrapping and packing sold items
• complying with WHS procedures
• other general store duties; including store cleanliness, all whilst maintaining a welcoming, friendly and obliging customer service

Requirements
You will have the below to qualifications and skills:

• Certificate I in retail or one year of full-time experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Secondary education or equivalent
• Drivers Licence
• Basic computer skills for POS system
• Excellent verbal communication
