Role:
We are seeking an SAP Solutions Architect for our Connected Technology Group, who will be instrumental in shaping our advanced SAP solution environment and guiding the strategic direction of KPMG's future SAP initiatives. This pivotal role involves driving transformative projects, including the adoption of leading-edge SAP functionalities like S/4HANA and Success Factors, and leading the progression of our next-gen ERP vision. The ideal candidate will tackle the exciting challenge of managing the lifecycle from implementation to operational handover within the CTG, guaranteeing integrated solutions and ongoing advancements in our company's tech ecosystem.
Role Accountability:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine and design a strategic, integrated SAP solution landscape that is aligned with the organisation's vision.
- Lead and conduct meticulous design reviews of Functional configurations and builds during the solution delivery phase.
- Uphold the highest standards for quality assurance regarding the SAP solution design, ensuring it meets the firm’s needs.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP cloud-based architecture, incorporating both industry insights and SAP’s reference architectures into your work.
- Bring impactful insights to business workshops, highlighting the intersection of SAP Best Practises with industry-leading strategies.
- Analyse and articulate the financial implications of different solution architecture options, guiding decisions that marry cost-efficiency with stellar performance.
- Perform a critical role in the LEAP/PBS project implementing Success Factors and S/4HANA
- Provide architectural direction and consistency for the next generation ERP landscape
- Contribute to broader ERP strategy within ASPAC
- Ensure successful transition of the implemented SAP systems to CTG ownership and integration into the broader CTG landscape

- Bring a well-rounded and expansive experience covering various SAP solutions including but not limited to: SAP ECC (Finance, HCM, Payroll, BW, PI, EP), S/4HANA (Finance and Projects), Success Factors (EC and EC Payroll), SAP BTP Solutions (SAC, Data Warehouse, etc.), Fiori apps, ABAP Cloud, SAP Solution Billing, Concur Invoice and Expense, Integration with multiple third-party solutions like MS Dynamics.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP architecture designs.
- Apply a disciplined approach to problem-solving, differentiating between key business needs and user desires.
- Expertise gained from within a Professional Services firm preferred, showcasing your ability to navigate and excel in a client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Possess a tertiary qualification at a Masters or bachelor’s level in a relevant field.
- Hold current SAP Certifications with Certified SAP Architect credentials.
