Senior Academic Services Officer: Teaching and Learning (HEO 5)

Full-time, fixed term contract until 20 October 2025 based in Uni SA STEM at the Mawson Lakes campus
Salary Range: $76,304 - $90,143 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and can easily build rapport with people at all levels of an organisation. About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services (Uni SA STEM), you will be responsible for providing leadership to the Teaching and Learning Academic Services Officers at the Mawson Lakes Campus, including resolution of issues and the consistent interpretation and application of the University’s academic administration policies and procedures within Uni SA STEM; and undertaking administrative activities associated with the delivery of Uni SA STEM’s programs and its research and consultancy activities.

Essential Skills and Experience

Demonstrated previous experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex organisation, involving the provision of advice and recommendations to senior staff
Highly developed research and analytical skills and experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
