Your key responsibilities- Undertakes evidence-based decision making in accordance with the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 2009. - Delivers quality and responsive services to clients through the application of Victim Assist resources, policies, processes, systems and technologies.- Responsible for the case-management of applications for financial assistance, including accurate record-keeping, and providing mentoring as required. - Takes responsibility for completion of work and seeks guidance when required.- Communicates effectively and creates trusting relationships with a range of stakeholders including other departmental business units and the non-government sector, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of Victim Assist services.- Contributes to a high performing team, collaborates with others, displays motivation, and shares and encourages innovative ideas.- Identifies and implements ways to continually improve services, though sharing and seeking creative ideas, suggestions and data to inform the effective delivery of services.
