Your Role:
Senior Modern Workplace Consultants are delivery focused technology specialists, focusing on client migrations, support, forms and workflow and custom development.

An important element of your role is technical delivery of projects. This will involve all aspects of delivery including Consulting, Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Training, Delivery of solution, UAT, migration and Go-Live Support as well as support requests where required.

The role can be based in any state in Australia - preference is Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane.

Key responsbilities:

• Provide consultation to the business, offering guidance on leveraging the collaboration features of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, Share Point Online, and Power Platform.
• Ensure projects activities are delivered as per the implementation methodology, and work to ensure continuous improvement is applied as appropriate
• Ensure billable hour targets are met through proactive measures

Skills you need to be successful in the role:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrable experience in Share Point migrations – file server to Share Point, Share Point to Share Point & tenant to tenant using tools like Sharegate, Ave Point Fly or Quest.
• Demonstrated experience implementing solutions in the following forms and workflows toolset: Power Automate, Power Apps; Nintex Forms & Workflows
• Experience in core Share Point. Teams and One Drive design and configuration, SPFX
• Experience providing guidance to customers across Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, Share Point Online, and Power Platform
• Demonstrated experience in developing and running Power Shell scripts
• Demonstrated experience in O365 include Microsoft Teams, Governance (Purview) and Security
• Experience in managing Share Point Server Administration (On-Premises & Online)
