About the Position:
This is a Permanent Full-Time position; you will be part of the Kitchen Team and report to the Head Chef. Your job responsibilities will be:

• Produce high quality and consistent food products and customer service.
• Maintain standards for food preparation and presentations.
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements.
• Ensure all food orders and menu items are completed accurately, consistently and in an efficient manner.
• Maintain precise stock control and rotation.

About You (Required Qualifications & Experience):

• Qualification in hospitality management
• Proven qualification in commercial cookery and brewery environment.
• Working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Understanding of quality seasonal produce and sound consumption planning
