About the role
Join the Coles Team as a supportive Team Leader in the Value Add department of our Retail Ready Operations Australia function.
This department produces our Corned Beef product where you’ll lead our Team Members and set a positive example by creating a safe working environment and drive operational efficiencies to ensure staff coverage and attendance.

- Lead, coach, develop and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work
- Conduct skills check and assess competency
- Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members
