Technical Lead - Enterprise Systems

Joining the IT Corporate Systems - Enterprise Systems team, you will be part of Information Technology as the largest department at the Bank. This is a 24 Months Fixed Term Contract.

Position Overview

As a Technical Lead , you will have a dedicated focus to drive required changes to the application & infrastructure portfolio for the Corporate Services business departments.

Work closely with Core Mod (Data Center Migration Program) project team and lead activities related to migration of applications under Corporate Systems to new Data Center.

This includes working closely with project working group and business stakeholders to elicit and assess business impact, influence technical solutions, coordinate change delivery. The position requires an understanding of application and infrastructure architecture, solution development lifecycle (SDLC), and essential aspects of IT Service Management (for e.g. Change Management, Business Relationship Management, Information Security, Configuration Management etc).

Position Objectives

Work collaboratively with a wide array of stakeholders including business, vendors, project and BAU teams to identify, validate and refine business and technical requirements
Provide technical solution options and their associated time and effort estimates to project manager/s,
Enhance the availability, security, and performance of solutions across the Corporate Services business departments by creating processes, guidelines and other relevant technical documentation aligned with standards and best practices.
Leverage the Bank standard SDLC methodologies & processes to support portfolio delivery of changes impacting the Corporate Services business departments. .
Perform technical analysis and solution design, undertake the more complex tasks and ensure that systems are adequately tested.
Ensure that system development standards are maintained and participate in code reviews.

You will be a part of the Corporate Systems - Enterprise Systems team as part of the broader Information Technology department. Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Systems, IT, you will get to work and collaborate with like-minded peers.
